What is the name of your Company/Group? The Xero Group
How long has your Company/Group been active on EternalRage? 20 months

Please, tell us about your Company/Groups background or lore!
To paraphrase from the massive background in our forum post (which you should read!), we are an offshoot from the original Xero Gas, formerly known as Xero Corp, then Xero Motorsports, and now The Xero Group. We had our roots in vehicle distribution and servicing, but have since had to expand due to inadequate room in the current market.
Why do you wish to become an official Company/Group?
We'd thought about filling out this application a few months ago, but never got around to it due to burnout, IRL things, etc. Now, we've got some new ideas and would like to cement ourselves in the community by going official.
What are some ideas you plan to implement to your Company/Group long-term to continue to progress the company and its lore into the future?
Currently, we're working on opening a Xero Logistics wing of the company (name still pending), for both passenger and cargo services. We still haven't given up on our dreams of getting back into the vehicle market, but we've got a foot in a different door that we don't want to close on us. If we are able to acquire our old Xero Auto Services dealership, though, we certainly will!
How do you plan to sustain your business/group long term?
By doing business! We have two steadily-operating businesses currently, and Xero Logistics will only help supplement that. Additionally, we're thinking up some unique events that could help draw more interest in what we're doing.
How many employees, or members do you plan on employing/adding to the group to help you run and sustain it?
We currently have nine members of the company, but we'd certainly be open to hiring more!
How do you plan on interacting with other businesses on the server?
Mostly favorably, competition willing! We aren't about to start running unprovoked smear campaigns or try to run other businesses into the ground. Xero Logistics would be more than happy to help move supplies and products for other businesses.
What RP or service does your Company/Group bring to the EternalRage community?
Quite a bit, with even more potential! Gas and clothing have been our longest-running services, and once the newest ventures into logistics are fully up and running, we'll be good to go! Moving people and products, supplying the community with essentials, and maybe running an event or two!
What are your future plans on the server?
Just to keep doing what we're doing! We've got some fun ideas, and I can't wait to see how they pick up.
Do you have any prior experience leading a group/company/faction on a role play server?
Yes. I've led or directly assisted in leading MD/EMS in an official capacity on three separate servers, in one case from the ground up. I've also started and operated a business on another server. Other members have similar experience, and yet others have experience running communities.
