Implemented Hunting Job

I suggest a hunting job where you could buy or rent a hunting rifle that would only be used for hunting if you were to aim at a person your character would put it away possibly have hunting bait or just spawn animals in like the lumber mill area and the other mountain areas and have the meat dealer at butcher in the city and 1 up in paleto near the chicken factory.

As an avid hunter myself I would love to see this make its way into the server eventually.

for the hunting rifle I think it would be easier for the damage of the rifle towards players just being like 1 dmg or whatever the lowest is.
